1. What made you decide to become healthy and lose the weight 
“I wanted to change my lifestyle being unhealthy definitely impacted my life negatively, and i had to put in the hard work in order to achieve that.”

“70 kg – since the time i started 3 years ago.”

3. What is it about being fit and healthy that makes you happy?
“I like the concept of feeling good and looking good, it was always my dream to have a good looking body.”

4. What do you eat for breakfast on an average day
“Breakfast is the most important time to eat, as the energy of the food is used through ought the day and most of the food is utilised, as of now since i am bulking i have 6 egg whites, 100g oats and 200g potatoes.”

5. What’s your favourite healthy snack?
“Probably would be a quest bar- you can find them in any supplement shop, its a good meal replacement .”

6. What’s the best advice you have received?
“Work hard, stay focused and dedicated and you will achieve results”

7. Wake keeps you motivated?
“The opportunity to make my self better everyday and transforming my physique further everyday, its a blessing which should be utilised.”

8. What advice can you give someone who is trying to lose weight?
“Diet diet diet.. I cant emphasise the fact of how important this is, eat clean and you will see results.”

“Stay healthy, eat clean and workout as often as you can”

“Fruits will be my ideal sugar rush treat.”

“High intensity weight lifting followed by cardio.”

“To compete internationally and transform my physique even better than it is now.”
